Chandigarh, February 26: Punjab Chief Minister Captain Amarinder Singh on Tuesday expressed grief over the death of the mother of Balwinder Jammu, Principal Correspondent of Punjabi Tribune.
Joginder Kaur (86), who passed away at her native village Gagroula near Patiala on Sunday after a brief illness, is survived by three sons.
In his condolence message, the Chief Minister also extended his heartfelt sympathies to the bereaved family, relatives and friends in their hour of grief. Captain Amarinder Singh also prayed to the Almighty to give courage to the family to bear this irreparable loss and grant eternal peace to the departed soul.
Meanwhile, the Chief Minister’s Media Advisor Raveen Thukral also mourned the death of Joginder Kaur, and extended his sympathies to Jammu and his family.
